Job Summary:
A National Law Firm is seeking an experienced associate attorney to join the firm's corporate department in its Omaha office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), securities, and/or general corporate matters.

Ability to review, analyze, and draft complex documents accurately and efficiently
Ability to manage multiple matters and tasks simultaneously and to complete tasks efficiently, effectively, and in a timely manner
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
Ability to competently and professionally communicate with clients and supervising attorneys
Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and matter management skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work professionally and collaboratively with partners, associates, and support staff
Ability to work effectively with large working groups as part of a transaction team
Desire to actively engage in client development activities
