Your Impact:

As a Legal Advisor within the Escrow division, you will be a key part of the North American Operations Team and will be supporting our Clients and Sales Team with custom escrow contracts
You will form as part of global legal team who specialize in commercial escrow agreements
A strong knowledge of contract law and a keen eye for detail is vital in this role as you will reviewing and amending agreements for innovative technology businesses and commercial enterprises

The Challenge

You must be self-motivated, team player and thorough with a keen eye for detail
You will be an integral part of a solution to drive client satisfaction while maintaining NCC risk mitigation needs by helping customize standard agreements designed to protect all parties involved in the development, supply and use of business-critical software
Ability to support Sales during complex negotiations
