Description:
A Software Company, one of the largest national eDiscovery providers, is currently seeking licensed and NY-barred contract litigation or corporate attorneys with 1-2 years of experience for immediate openings. This role will be performed in-office and requires reporting in person for court appearances in New York City. Selected candidates are required to work on-site, a hybrid schedule may be available with approval from the client. Our client prides itself on a proactive, business-oriented approach to servicing their clients.Qualified candidates will be individuals looking to gain courtroom experience and will ideally have some experience in the amendment of vital records, Article 78 proceedings, administrative processes, litigation, and civil practice. The ideal candidate will be comfortable presiding in person or virtually before a judge. This assignment may provide the opportunity to engage in other more substantive work and lead to future opportunities.

- Pay rate: $40 Per Hour
- Hybrid schedule available with approval, schedule may be interrupted for on-site trainings or court appearances.
Qualifications:
- Must be barred in New York State
- Willing to work on-site and travel to courtrooms in all 5 burrows.
- Additionally, you must be a member of the bar for the SDNY or EDNY.
- Experience in amending vital records.
- Experience in Civil Practice
- Prior courtroom experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and capability to prioritize tasks.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to retain complex work direction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to commit to 40 hours per week for the duration of the assignment.
