Overview:
The Miami office of A National, General Practice Law Firm, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Construction Practice.

The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and at least two (2) years of experience in all phases of construction litigation including case management, motion practice, and discovery, as well as handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Florida Bar is required.

A National, General Practice Law Firm' construction litigators regularly represent government entities, public and private developers, general contractors, sub-contractors/artisans and design professionals in cases involving alleged design and construction defects, and construction fee disputes. The firm's construction defect lawyers have tried cases in virtually every area of construction in both residential and commercial projects. The firm's construction lawyers also have vast experience in defending construction accident claims including regular representation of our building industry clients in claims arising from the use of scaffold systems, shoring, demolition and heavy machinery in industrial, commercial and residential projects.

Although we would prefer that you have some experience in construction law, we are also interested in working with developing talented attorneys who come to us with excellent skills in any litigation arena.
