Description:

Candidate will be responsible for analyzing, resolving, and documenting conflicts of interest issues and conducting new client background research in order to support the firm's new business intake clearance functions working closely with the members of the Office of the General Counsel, the New Business Intake team and other Conflicts Attorneys. Conflicts and ethics experience is preferred.

A bachelor's degree and a law degree from an accredited law school are required. In addition, the candidate must have an active license to practice law in US jurisdiction.
