Overview:
An AmLaw100 Firm law firm is looking to add a Commercial Litigation Associate to its team in the Los Angeles office. This is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice that offers a range of litigation services to clients in a variety of industries.

A day in the life:
You'll be joining an outgoing and fast paced team that handles all aspects of litigation. Many of the attorneys have worked in-house for major motor vehicle manufacturers and they draw on the resources of the Firm to provide national and international clients counsel in areas including employment, environmental, intellectual property, and technology matters. Our LA office is positioned twenty minutes from downtown Los Angeles and twenty minutes from Redondo Beach. We Know You:
You have at least four years of meaningful experience in commercial litigation, class actions, franchise litigation or other complex litigation matters in a mid-size or large law firm setting. You're prepared to draft and argue complex motions, to propound and respond to discovery, to take and defend depositions, to assist in in both jury trials and bench trials, and you bring an entrepreneurial spirit to a growing office. You possess exceptional oral and written advocacy skills with strong academic credentials. You are adept in case management, ready to take the lead, and are admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar.
