Overview: Best Lawyers. is seeking energetic, motivated, initiative, and committed attorneys for our Civil Litigation Department.

Reporting Relationship: Report to the head of litigation, Senior Attorney.

Duties are as follows:

Monitor open cases for activity
Pre-trial Discovery
Depositions
Mediation
Conducts hearings, trials before the court and jury trials.
Conducts regular reviews of open cases.
Provides co-counseling assistance to other attorneys in the department.
Licensed to practice law in Texas.
A minimum of 1 year relevant legal experiences and a demonstrated, zealous commitment to law.
Demonstrated trial and advocacy skills with litigation experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
The ability to think and plan strategically.
Ability to have a flexible work schedule.
Possess a strong work ethic and a sense of accountability.
Occasional travel may be required.
