Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent client service
- Manage cases independently as well as collaboratively with other attorneys
- Work directly with clients on their cases from start to finish
- Be active in the community and work on building referral partnerships
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice law in North Carolina
- Licensed to practice law in South Carolina
- Experience representing clients in business law matters such as drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts and corporate documents (operating and shareholder agreements, bylaws, stock plans, consents, resolutions, and corporate minutes).
- Experience managing business deals and drafting documents including asset purchase transactions, stock purchase transactions, commercial loan closings, and more.
- Experience representing clients in court and arbitration hearings.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other attorneys
- Must be highly motivated and a self-starter
