Description:
Job Purpose:Attorney Support Staff and Receptionists are responsible for answering phones, importing legal documents, securing them within the archival system, and filing court documents electronically with multiple court venues.
Duties:
- Maintains daily availability to answer and return phone messages promptly, while presenting a positive and professional image to visiting and telephone parties.
- Reviews important incoming litigation materials including but not limited to medical records, pleadings, filings and correspondence used by counsel for the case-in-chief. Materials are to be organized electronically and made accessible for review.
- Serves in a back-up capacity for other administrative team members and handles overflow data entry and word processing.
