This is a full-time on-site role for a Transactional Attorney at A Businesses, Institutions, Real Estate Law Firm located in Westlake Village, CA. The Transactional Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating contracts, and representing clients in legal matters related to real estate. The role also involves drafting and reviewing legal documents and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Law and expertise in real estate transactions
- Excellent legal research and analytical skills
- Effective negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in a law firm or related legal field
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of California
- Comfort with managing time in a billable hour setting
