Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Labor Law Attorney with significant experience in managing cases from inception through resolution. This position is 100% remote, except for court appearances and other limited non-remote engagements, which are not anticipated to exceed 5-10% of the time. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, ensuring a quality work-life balance. You will be given a full time experienced paralegal to assist you .

- Manage and work up a caseload of Labor Law 240(1) and 241(6) cases already in suit with significant injuries, from initial assessment to trial or settlement.
- Negotiate settlements and represent clients effectively in court.
- Collaborate remotely with our team to ensure comprehensive case development and execution.
- Extensive experience in Labor Law, particularly with handling 240(1) and 241(6) cases from A to Z.
- Excellent writing, negotiation, and courtroom skills.
- Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
