As an Attorney at A West Michigan Personal Injury Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the complexities of various personal injury and worker's compensation claims. You will be responsible for providing legal counsel, representation, and advocacy to clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultations: Meet with clients to discuss their personal injury claims, evaluate the merits of their cases, and explain the legal process.
  • Case Investigation: Investigate and gather evidence related to clients' injuries, including medical records, accident reports, and witness statements.
  • Claim Filing: Prepare and file claims on behalf of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all required documentation.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate with insurance companies, employers, and opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements for clients.
  • Litigation: Represent clients in hearings, administrative proceedings, and trials when necessary.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active state bar admission and license to practice law in Michigan.
