- Manage a caseload with minimal supervision and leverage and assign work to paralegals.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to build compelling cases on behalf of our clients.
- Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to clients, maintaining strong client relationships.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediation sessions.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active and in good standing with the state bar.
- 4 + years of experience in one of our practice areas.
- Strong courtroom and negotiation skills.
- Excellent research and writing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
