A Highly Respected Law Firm, a thirty-nine attorney law firm, seeks an Associate Attorney, admitted to practice in Maine, with three to five years of experience for its Commercial Group.Responsibilities include formation and organization of corporations and limited liability companies, title work, commercial and residential real estate purchase and sale transactions, contract drafting and review, real estate development, permitting and land-use appeals, credit union regulatory services including legal research and planning, commercial lending for banks and credit union and intellectual property. Experience in tax a plus.
