The Opportunity
: Are you passionate about advocating for others? Are you an independent worker who thrives in a dynamic, supportive environment? We're seeking a skilled attorney to join our team, primarily focusing on personal injury cases, with potential involvement in workers' compensation matters. This is not your typical attorney position; you'll have the autonomy to manage your own caseload, supported by a dedicated team committed to your success. Whether you're a seasoned litigator or a rising star in the legal field, if you're driven by a desire to make a difference and eager to embrace new challenges, we want to hear from you. We're open to discussing arrangements where you bring in your own cases from your existing practice, ensuring fair compensation for your contributions.

What You'll Bring:
  • Experience: Ideally, you'll have at least 2 years of experience, with experience in litigation preferred. However, we're open to exceptional candidates with less experience who demonstrate a passion for our practice areas.
  • Initiative and Self-Motivation: You're not afraid to take the lead, tackling complex cases with enthusiasm and drive.
  • Client-Centric Approach: Our clients are at the heart of everything we do. You'll be committed to delivering exceptional service and ensuring every client feels heard and supported.
  • Negotiation Skills: You know how to advocate for your clients, securing optimal outcomes through skilled negotiation.
  • Attention to Detail: From case management to client communication, you'll maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Professional Growth: You're dedicated to ongoing learning and development, continually striving to expand your skills and expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience trying cases, conducting depositions, and handling written discovery.
  • Track record of managing a significant caseload from start to finish.
  • Proficiency in screening potential clients, investigating claims, and reviewing medical documents.
  • Strong drafting skills, including pleadings and motions.
  • Comfort representing clients through trial and providing comprehensive counseling throughout the claims process.
