An Employment & Personal Injury Law Firm is a boutique, rapidly growing litigation firm focusing on plaintiff's side labor and employment law looking to hire a full-time Vetting Attorney. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, have excellent communication skills, be organized, detail orientated, be a team player, and can multi-task.This role will perform the following responsibilities:
- Determine the viability of potential cases
- Converse with clients and address concerns and case progression
- Sell the Firm's strengths and capabilities while managing expectations and convincing potential clients to sign
Requirements:
- Fully In-Office position (remote not available)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum of 1 year in the field
- Strong knowledge of Employment Law
- Licensed attorney in the State of California
- Strong sales skills with a demonstrated ability to close
- Ability to be persuasive and a good listener
- Strong familiarity with pre-litigation and litigation processes
