A Technology company seeks a highly motivated and experienced team player to serve as a Counsel on A Technology company's Compliance team. This position will play a key role in supporting A Technology company's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements focused on global competition laws and in building, maintaining, and improving the compliance programs necessary to do so. Minimum Qualifications:

- Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of company-wide competition compliance programs and initiatives
- Support the development of compliance policies, processes, and training on complying with global competition laws
- Support compliance with on-going regulatory reporting obligations
- Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including first-line teams and second-line legal risk management teams to coordinate compliance programs and initiatives
- Undertake special projects and support other compliance program initiatives
Minimum Qualifications:
- J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one US state bar
- 8+ years of experience at a law firm, government, or in-house as a practicing attorney
- Experience working in a formalized compliance organization (e.g. 3LOD, documenting risks/controls, etc.)
- Experience with antitrust/competition compliance design and implementation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Work experience at an internet or technology company
- Experience collaborating and advancing projects in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Experience explaining topics and gaining support and consensus from multiple stakeholders
