Description:

The Corporate Advisory group is seeking an Associate with at least 4 years of experience to join our Securities/Capital Markets group. We are open to staffing this position in the New York, Chicago, or Washington, D.C. offices.

Qualifications:

At least 4 years of experience working with equity capital markets such as underwritten offerings, registered directs and confidentially marketed public offerings
Experience with drafting registration statements and Exchange Act disclosure, such as 10-K's and 10-Q's
Experience with M&A a plus, but not required
Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
Strong academic records
Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you will be located.
