An Employment & Executive Compensation Law Firm is currently seeking an associate with 3-5 years of corporate transactional experience to join its thriving, growing and highly collaborative Corporate Practice Group.Candidates should have experience with private company mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, LLC/shareholder agreements, and advising middle market companies on various other general corporate matters. Experience with private equity, sophisticated M&A transactions and private securities offerings is a plus.
Candidates must have strong writing and communication skills and be able to work collaboratively and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who is bright, eager to continue to learn and develop new skills and who is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and an entrepreneurial approach to practicing law.
