Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our trust and estate litigation team. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of legal matters and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Requirements:
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- Civil Litigation experience (including trial experience, motion practice, discovery, and witness preparation)
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Nevada (or a willingness to sit for the Nevada bar exam)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
