A Law Firm that Provides Legal Advisory Services Las Vegas office seeks to hire a junior associate (1-3 years of experience) to support its bankruptcy and creditor's rights practice group in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be completing a judicial clerkship for a bankruptcy judge or have a minimum of one year of law firm experience either documenting or enforcing commercial loans for institutional clients. This may include experience with due diligence, UCC, debtor/creditor work, secured transactions, documentation and negotiation of sophisticated lending transactions, and broader bankruptcy experience, including familiarity with the bankruptcy court. We seek excellent research and writing skills; prior clerkship experience is a plus. Participating in our local community is part of our credo and is expected of our team members.
