Description:

We are seeking an Associate Attorney in Business, Tax, IP, & Estates. Candidates should have experience in some or all of the following areas: Business - formations and transactions, Tax, Intellectual Property, Estate Planning & Estate Administration, and Asset Protection.

Pay: Commission: 35%-40% of collections plus 7% of collections generated by the attorney on matters originated by the attorney and 15%, 20%, or 25% (depending upon the length of employment) of collections generated by other attorneys in the firm but originated by the attorney.
