We maintain a large number of long-standing staff and promote high morale and a good working atmosphere.We are seeking a litigation associate with zero to seven years' experience. Ideal candidate will be independent and self-motivated. The position provides substantial file responsibility including ample court appearances and depositions.
We focus heavily on training our associates to become the best lawyers possible. All associates are assigned a dedicated mentor and we maintain an open-door policy for questions and additional training. Associates will have the opportunity to work cases from inception to trial with partner guidance. We encourage a relaxed working environment while emphasizing the aggressive representation of our clients. Once trained and accustomed to the firm atmosphere, attorneys have the ability to work remotely when necessary and when it would be more efficient in the growing remote world in our field.
