Messner Reeves LLP, a full-service, business law firm, with 11 offices nationwide, seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our quickly growing office in San Jose, California.The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Experience handling all phases of general liability, complex commercial and civil litigation matters.
- Extensive experience in all phases of discovery, including written discovery, depositions of parties and experts.
- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Proven ability to foster strong relationships with potential clients while maintaining excellent services for existing clients.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have two to six years' experience.
- Proven working experience in Litigation.
- The ideal candidate will take the initiative, have strong attention to detail, highly organized & has impeccable communication skills.
- Licensed to Practice Law in California State.
