Description:
Tallahassee law firm is seeking a lawyer with zero to 2 years of
experience in litigation. This position is a great opportunity for an
individual who is looking to be a part of a growing, multi-state
practice representing financial institutions in Magistrate, State and
Superior court. This position involves legal research, drafting
memorandums, motions, and pleadings as well as handling cases (hearings)
in Magistrate, State and Superior court. This position will involve
regular client contact and occasional travel. Must be a Georgia Bar
member in good standing or be registered to take the Georgia Bar in July
2024. The position is initially based in Tallahassee, Florida but the
Firm will consider remote work after sufficient experience and knowledge
base have been obtained.
