Role Description:We are looking for 2-3 associate attorneys to work in the areas of employment law, commercial litigation, health care law, medical malpractice, and general litigation. We have offices in Spokane and Coeur d'Alene, and remote work options are available. We seek motivated individuals who have shown academic and professional excellence. The compensation package, which includes contribution to 401(k), medical and dental insurance, and professional dues, ranges between $100,000 and $200,000, depending upon experience and qualifications. Qualifications:
- Strong background in Law and Labor and Employment Law
- Experience in providing legal advice and conducting research
- Negotiation and advocacy skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Admission to the bar in the state of Washington
- Additional certifications or specialization in relevant areas of law are beneficial
