Responsibilities:
  • Case handling, including analyzing, assessing, and executing litigation strategies through all stages of litigation.
  • Client contact, including proactive management of communications with clients throughout the course of litigation.
  • Represent clients at litigation proceedings, including hearings, motions, depositions, and mediations.
  • Opportunity to try cases, including learning from the firm's ABOTA trial attorneys.

Requirements:
  • JD from an accredited law school and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • The ideal candidate should have at least one year of Workers' Compensation experience.
  • Demonstrable experience investigating and fully handling a case concerning discovery, taking depositions, and mediations.
  • Experience researching, analyzing, taking and defending depositions, and handling cases is essential.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to case analysis.
