Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at A Business & Corporate Law Matters Law Firm located in North Brunswick, NJ. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating settlements, and handling various tasks related to Zoning and Land Use law. The role will also involve client representation and collaboration with other attorneys within the firm.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of law, Zoning and Land Use.
- Experience in providing legal advice and conducting research
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the bar in the state of New Jersey
- Experience 1 to 3 years in a law firm setting is a plus
