Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at An Insurance Attorney located in Marietta, GA. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling litigation files, reporting to clients, providing legal advice, conducting legal research, taking and defending depositions, preparing motions, negotiating, and attending mediation and trials.

Qualifications:

Strong background in civil litigation.
Experience in providing legal advice and conducting research.
Taking and defending depositions.
Negotiation skills, including attending mediation.

Relevant skills and qualifications include excellent verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a team, and an interest in handling all aspects of civil litigation. A Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and Georgia bar admission are required.
