A National Defense Litigation Firm is seeking California licensed litigation attorneys for their Los Angeles office. Responsibilities include:
- Defense litigation
- Trial preparation including strategy discussion, discovery, records review, client interview and witness preparation
- Research into complex litigation areas
- Take and defend depositions
- Prepare and argue motions
- Active California Bar license required
