About the Job:
This
is a full-time role for an Associate Attorney at Shegerian &
Associates, Inc. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for
providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating, and handling
labor and employment law cases. This is a hybrid role based in the Los
Angeles metropolitan area with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in Labor and Employment Law
- Experience in providing legal advice and conducting research
- Negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Experience in litigation is a plus
- Admission to the California State Bar or ability to become admitted
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
