- The Firm presently has an immediate opening for an experienced and motivated associate attorney.
- Assist in all aspects of civil litigation, including conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, motion practice, pretrial hearings, and trial.
- Develop and draft employment/commercial/healthcare-related documents.
- Advice and counsel clients on complex compliance matters relating to labor and employment law and healthcare-related matters.
Requirements:
- Membership in good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
- Minimum of three (3) years of litigation experience working as a licensed attorney.
- Experience in trial preparation, depositions, and motion hearings.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Ability to provide concise and accurate advice on legal issues.
