Description:

Associate Attorney with 5-8 years of litigation experience. A Board Certified Trial Attorney, concentrates in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, criminal law and employment law.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues
  • Assist in the preparation of legal briefs and complaints
  • Attend trials, court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
  • Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Connecticut bar association
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in legal research tools and software
