Associate Attorney with 5-8 years of litigation experience. A Board Certified Trial Attorney, concentrates in personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, workers' compensation, criminal law and employment law.Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on various cases and legal issues
- Assist in the preparation of legal briefs and complaints
- Attend trials, court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case
- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Connecticut bar association
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in legal research tools and software
