This
is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney at Iowa
Defenders, PLLC located in Clive, IA. The Associate Attorney will be
responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research,
negotiating, and specializing in Criminal and Family Law.
Qualifications:
- Experience handling criminal and family law cases
- Experience in providing legal advice and conducting research
- Negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Trial experience is preferred
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar
