Pre-Litigation Attorney
We are hiring experienced pre-litigation attorneys. An Alabama's Premier Personal Injury Law Firm has two divisions: Litigation and Pre-litigation. We are hiring experienced attorneys in our pre-suit/pre-litigation department. The attorneys must have extensive, documented experience handling 100 or more cases at a time in litigation and/or pre-litigation phase. All cases are provided by the firm and the attorney is not required to source cases.
This position is 100% on-site, with no remote option.
Experience is required in screening cases for viability, obtaining medical records & bills, reviewing cases to determine liability, obtaining & reviewing medical records, drafting & submitting demands, negotiating settlements, reducing liens, finalizing cases, and notifying managing attorney regarding cases that should be assigned to the litigation department.
Litigation experience is helpful but is not required for this position.
