Downtown Atlanta consumer bankruptcy law firm seeks full-time attorney
for practice of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Duties include:
representing clients during Zoom Court 341 Meetings of Creditors, client
consultations, client intake, document and motion drafting/preparation,
and more. Employer-sponsored group health insurance, 401(k) with
matching, vision and dental insurance, paid time off, holiday pay, paid
CLE hours and annual Georgia Bar dues. We do not require bankruptcy
experience; we will train the right candidate from the ground up in
every job aspect you need to know! We have a wonderful team of attorneys
and support staff, and we work collaboratively. Salary range based on
