Overview:A Full-Service Business Law Firm, a national law firm, has an immediate opportunity for an Associate Attorney to join our Atlanta location.
The candidate should meet the following requirements:
- 1-4 years of experience handling civil litigation matters
- Experience with insurance defense matters and billing guidelines
- Admission and good standing with the State of Georgia Bar
- Strong organizational skills with the ability and desire to manage multiple priorities and caseload
- Experience handling discovery, preparing pleadings, and preparing motions
