Responsibilities:- Draft discovery requests and responses.
- Conduct depositions.
- Conduct site visits.
- Draft and argue motions.
- Trial preparation and support.
- Attend and represent clients at mediations and arbitrations.
- Attend and represent clients at trial.
- Maintain accurate time records.
Requirements:
- Licensed to practice in Washington and in good standing in all states where the applicant is licensed to practice
- 2 to 6 years of litigation experience.
- Solid academic credentials.
- Excellent research and communication skills.
- Desire to grow with our busy practice.
- Prior experience with construction, real estate, and insurance coverage is a plus.
