Poole Shaffery seeks full-time litigation attorneys to join our firm and
will consider a hybrid home/office work schedule. Available positions
in our Newport Beach, Santa Clarita, and Paso Robles offices. Practice
areas include transportation, premises liability, product liability,
business litigation, real-estate disputes, trust litigation, non-profit
and religious organization tort matters. The ideal candidate will have
discovery, law and motion and deposition experience, as well as trial
preparation experience. This opportunity will include responsibility for
taking depositions, handling law and motion, court appearances,
mediations, and participation in trials. 2+ years' experience and
California bar membership required.
