Role Description:This is a full-time hybrid role for an Environmental Attorney at A Law Firm in Roseville, CA (two positions available). The Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating, and handling environmental law matters. The role will be based in Roseville, CA with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications:
- First Position: 2+ years in Environmental Law
- Second Position: 7+ years in Environmental Law
- Strong knowledge of Law and Environmental Law
- Ability to provide effective legal advice
- Excellent research and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Bar admission in the state of California
- Experience in natural resources or environmental law is a plus
