Description:
Workers Compensation Applicant/Plaintiff Firm is looking to hire immediately an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 2-4 years of current experience in the field. Must have full knowledge of the Workers Compensation law and procedures. Must have great negotiation skills and be able to direct his/her team with the case load assigned.The firm is also expanding into Personal Injury, with an established department. Knowledge in PI procedures/laws would be nice to have, but not required for the position as our main focus is still currently Workers' Compensation Applicant/Plaintiff representation.
