We are a distinguished team of experienced former defense attorneys who grew tired and disenchanted defending insurance companies and the daily grind of defense work – unrealistic billing expectations and arbitrary guidelines, being directed in every facet of our practice of law by non-lawyers, and being wage-earners instead of having unlimited income potential. We now enjoy actually practicing law making our own strategic decisions and devoting our efforts to real clients who need and appreciate our services and value our guidance. To be considered, you must have at least 3 years' case handling experience, applicant or defense. More experienced attorneys and Certified Specialists are strongly encouraged to apply. You will handle cases from case opening to resolution. Compensation includes a top-of-the-market base salary and percentage of fees generated. We will provide you with cases and you can also bring in your own business for a very generous fee share on top of your base salary. If you are on your “A-game,” we want to hear from you.
