We are currently looking for a Venture Counsel in our Corporate department. The Venture Counsel will work closely with clients under the direction of attorneys. They will support private emerging companies with daily corporate support and transactional work, including venture capital financings. Candidates must be able to work effectively in a team environment with other attorneys, paralegals, and executive assistants within the department. They must also have a JD and be an active member of the state bar for the office in which they are sitting. Finally, ideal candidates must have strong academic credentials and excellent communication and organizational skills. Candidates may sit in Austin, Boston, New York, Los Angeles, Palo Alto, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Washington D.C., or Wilmington.
