Litigation attorney with moderate civil litigation experience in property and casualty insurance defense or subrogation. Maintains a high caseload comprised of a mix of cases with typically low to moderate complexity and severity, occasionally involving specialized concentrations. Represents both commercial and personal clients as lead counsel with moderate to low guidance and oversight. Has ability to handle more complex and severe matters, occasionally involving specialized concentration areas. Maintains positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and claims partners.

At Nationwide Trial Division (NTD), we strive to be a trusted team of experts who provide solutions, advocate for and protect our clients. That means you’ll have an opportunity to engage in a wide variety of claims cases and consultations. You could be involved in cases dealing with everything from automobile bodily injury to construction defects. We have over 800 legal professionals, including attorneys, paralegals and legal support personnel in more than 40 locations around the country.
