Specifically, the ideal candidate will have robust transactional experience in one or more of the following areas: (i) software development and licensing agreements, such as SaaS / IaaS, cloud computing, and open source / creative commons, (ii) data privacy and security compliance, (iii) fintech, blockchain, and cryptocurrency, (iv) artificial intelligence and big data, or (v) technology-centric mergers and acquisitions diligence. The successful candidate will join a thriving national practice. Although some book of business is expected, the firm expects to direct significant internal opportunities to you. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, national law firm, which takes pride in its friendly, collegial culture and has no debt. The successful candidate could find a home in any of our markets, but would ideally sit in San Diego, Los Angeles, Washington D.C., Orange County, Denver, Salt Lake City, or Phoenix.
