This position will have a dual role, providing commercial legal support
to the North American region and working on Legal Operations related
activities worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong background
in commercial transactions with an emphasis on complex technology
transactions. The ideal candidate will also have experience defining and
developing legal and contracting processes and policies for
multinational companies. This position will report to the Deputy General

Law Degree from an accredited law school in the United States.
3-5 years of commercial contracts experience with a high-tech company. Experience with Legal Operations (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and contract drafting skills.
Strong substantive knowledge of intellectual property laws.
Consistent good judgment and ability to apply legal knowledge to help create practical business solutions.

Ability to manage a diverse and complex workload while maintaining priorities and proactively anticipating issues.
