This role requires a highly-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented and flexible in-house attorney to provide legal counsel to Xerox’s product and solutions groups on global sourcing and supply matters.

The successful candidate will optimally be based on the Company’s Webster, NY campus, but a base in the Company’s headquarters in Norwalk, CT may be considered.

  • Review, draft and negotiate complex OEM, custom and off-the-shelf sourcing agreements; vendor contracts in areas of technology, services, consulting, outsourcing, IT and IP; customer evaluation, test and license agreements; nondisclosure agreements
  • Engage and coordinate with corporate subject matter experts and development teams, product teams and their respective legal counsel
  • Provide prompt and responsive counsel on a multitasking basis in a deadline-intensive environment

  • Juris Doctor - JD
  • At least 5 years of legal experience with expertise in drafting and negotiation complex commercial agreements
  • Technology sector experience with expertise in software (including open source) and IP licensing
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
