Job Summary: This is a Senior Attorney position in the Office of General Counsel, Florida Department of Revenue, located in Tallahassee. This position participates in rendering legal advice and counsel to the Department in drafting legislative bills, developing agency programs and regulations and interpreting state and federal legislative acts requiring considerable legal experience and the exercise of a considerable degree of independent judgment. Provides legal advice and counsel on matters involving the administration of reemployment tax and the other taxes administered by the Department.

Minimum Job Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Admission to the Florida Bar and two (2) years of professional experience in the practice of law.

Preferences:
Experience with Chapter 443, F.S., reemployment tax or labor law.
