Archer & Greiner, a leading Mid-Atlantic regional law office, is seeking a Real Estate attorney for its Haddonfield or Philadelphia Office. Candidates will have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience which includes experience with commercial sales and acquisitions, lending (representing both lenders and borrowers) and leasing. NJ and PA Bar admission required. We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits package and a collegial work environment.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as an attorney working with a firm’s Real Estate group
- Demonstrated experience and expertise within the field
- Commercial sales and acquisitions
- Experience in lending for lenders and borrowers and leasing
- Excellent writing, communication and analytical skills
- D. from an accredited law school
- NJ and PA Bar admission required
