The Professional Support Attorney will work with partners, other lawyers and colleagues firm-wide to further the business development, knowledge management, profile-raising and growth objectives for certain complex commercial litigation practices. Responsibilities include helping lead the formulation and execution of marketing and strategic plans that address the business development goals and needs of the practice group and individual partners; overseeing development and maintenance of brochures, lawyer biographies and web content; tracking cases and current status; helping ensure matters are reported to league tables and publications; preparing and managing responses to requests for proposals and pitch materials; providing market research and identifying opportunities to increase revenue and enhance profitability; drafting articles and e-communications; and collaborating on conferences and events. Candidate should have minimum three years of experience as a practicing attorney and strong understanding of litigation. Exposure to Marketing or Business Development disciplines a plus. Looking for confident, positive self-starter with outstanding writing skills, strong project management experience, and ability to manage and mentor junior staff and lead teams.
